Please familiarize yourself with our Terms & Conditions. If you order from us, it will be assumed you have read and understand the items outlined on this page, and agree to abide by them.

Delivery Information:
Tenting is normally done up to three days before your event. Family Time can accommodate unusual delivery and pick-up schedules, equipment set-up services, and same-day installation and removal, if required. Specially requested services are provided for a modest fee.

FREE delivery for orders over $100.00 in Brookhaven Township, if accepted on our delivery schedule and everyday delivery policies.
All other areas of Suffolk County will incur a modest delivery fee.

Reservation/Deposit Information:
Deposit policy is 25% down of total rental cost at time of reservation. If you call for reservations, payment will be taken by credit card. The day of your event, your reservation deposit becomes the required equipment security deposit. All orders under $200.00 require a $50.00 security deposit, tent and canopy packages require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. Upon delivery, balance is due by cash or credit card. You may choose to pre-pay to avoid event-day disruption. We accept a personal or company check, but require one week advance payment or a certified (bank) check. ALL PRICES QUOTED ARE FOR ONE DAY USE ONLY. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO SALES TAX.

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Notify us of cancellation at least one week prior to your scheduled event, and you will receive a store credit within 30 days of cancellation. Security deposits are refunded within 7 days of pickup after equipment is checked in at Family Time. Damages and missing equipment costs are deducted from security. Any additional costs above security deposit is customer's responsibility to pay.

Store credits must be zeroed out in one rental, there are no cash refunds, and must be used by 12/31/2008.

Tent/Canopy Package Materials and Delivery Information:
All tents and canopies have limited amounts available and are on a first come/first serve basis.

Canopy and tent package prices cannot be combined with any other coupon or discount offer.
Renter or representative must be on site to check in equipment, allow delivery people on premises, sign and pay.

Sidewall used to enclose tents is solid or clear and/or a combination
depending on available Family Time inventory for packages.

All canopies are conventional rope and pole style, to be set up on grass only, and OPTIONAL sidewalls are $75.00-$125.00 extra.

All package equipment is in good condition; however it is NOT premium grade. Package equipment is used frequently, causing wear. May have marks, discolorations and other imperfections. Canopy packages are for a cost
effective, Family Fun outing and are not recommended for formal
events.

Family Time reserves the right to make reasonable equipment substitutions without prior notice, depending on availability.

Long Island Trade accepted, but limited to equipment availability, and dollar amount.
Book rate cannot be used for specials or discounted items.
